These terms govern your use of this website and any order placed with Shuyue Trailer. By using the site you agree to them.

1. Quotes & Orders

Quotes are valid for the period stated. An order is confirmed only on written acceptance and agreed deposit. Specifications are confirmed in the proforma invoice.

2. Pricing & Payment

Prices are quoted EXW or FOB Qingdao unless stated. Payment terms (deposit / balance) are agreed per order.

3. Shipping & Risk

Risk transfers per the agreed Incoterm (FOB / CIF). Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

4. Warranty

Trailers carry a 12-month structural warranty from shipment, excluding wear parts and misuse. Claims require photos and the chassis number.

5. Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the goods supplied. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China.
