How to verify a Chinese semi-trailer factory, what we build with, and what happens after your trailers land.

What you will find here

About this topic

Buying trailers from China means judging a factory you cannot easily visit. This section shows how to check a supplier is real, what our plant in Liangshan looks like, which components go into a build, and what happens after your trailers land at the port.

Who it is for: first-time importers, buyers weighing a factory against a trading company, and operators planning spare parts and maintenance for a fleet already in service.

Common questions about this topic

How can I verify a Chinese semi-trailer factory is real?

Ask for a live video tour of the welding and assembly line, the business licence, and photographs of trailers being loaded for export. A real factory can show all three on a video call without notice.

Where is your factory and can I visit it?

Our plant is in Liangshan, Shandong, the largest trailer manufacturing cluster in China. Visits are welcome and we can arrange a factory tour and collection from the nearest airport.

What steel and components do you use?

Frames are built from high tensile steel plate, and axles, landing gear and brake systems can be supplied from the brand you specify. We list component brands on your quotation so nothing is substituted after ordering.

What warranty do you provide?

We provide a written warranty on the trailer structure and share the terms with your quotation. Wear parts are excluded, as on any commercial vehicle.

Do you supply spare parts?

Yes. We stock common wear parts such as brake linings, landing gear and lighting, and can ship parts with your trailer order or separately by courier.

Still deciding what you need?

Send your route, payload and axle preference. We reply with drawings and a factory price.
