4-Axle Flatbed Semi-Trailer

4-axle flatbed semi-trailer balancing high payload with everyday maneuverability for mixed fleets.
Axle: 4 Axle
Payload: 50,000–70,000 kg

Overview

The 4-Axle Flatbed Semi-Trailer sits between the standard tri-axle and the five-axle heavy hauler — four axle lines let it carry denser loads while staying easier to position than a five-axle unit. It keeps the flexible open deck for side loading and can be specified with container twist locks, making it a versatile choice for mixed container, steel and construction-material fleets.

  • 4-axle configuration, ~50–70 t rated payload
  • 12,500 × 2,500 mm flat deck, low 1,550 mm loading height
  • Reinforced Q345 main beam, 3 mm checkered floor
  • 12R22.5 tires on 13T FUWA/BPW axles, mechanical leaf-spring suspension
  • JOST 2″ / 3.5″ bolted kingpin, 8 twist locks optional for 20ft/40ft containers
  • Versatile for containers, steel and building materials

Frequently Asked Questions

What axle configurations are available?
We supply 2, 3, 4 and 5-axle configurations across the range. Axle count and spacing are customised to your payload, local axle-weight law and tyre specification.
Can the curtain or body be branded?
Yes. Side curtains, box bodies and rear doors can carry your logo and livery. Send us your artwork (vector preferred) and we will confirm the print area and colour limits.
What is the typical lead time?
Standard configurations ship in 25–40 days ex-works. Custom or certified builds may take longer; we confirm a firm date in the proforma invoice before production starts.
Do you provide a Certificate of Conformity?
Yes. Every trailer leaves with a Certificate of Conformity, test report and, where required, EN 12642-XL or ADR documentation for registration in the destination country.
Can the trailer be customised?
Absolutely. Axle brand, suspension type, kingpin height, tyre size, floor material and paint colour are all selectable. Tell us the operating condition and we will propose a build.
What about suspension and braking?
We fit air or mechanical suspension to suit your road and load profile, with WABCO or equivalent ABS/EBS braking and an optional lift axle to cut tyre wear when running empty.
How are shipping and export documents handled?
We handle container or Ro-Ro shipment and supply the commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading and certificate of origin. Our freight forwarders cover major ports worldwide.
