Client Visit: Javohir from Uzbekistan Tours Shuyue's Semi Trailer Factory in Liangshan
On 4 December 2025, Javohir from Uzbekistan toured Shuyue's semi trailer plant in Liangshan — walking the steel-beam storage bay, reviewing specifications with the export team and continuing the discussion over a working dinner. He returned for a second look before flying home, then placed a remote order for four 3-axle fence semi-trailers, dispatched in April 2026.

About the visitor
Javohir travelled to China from Uzbekistan to compare trailer manufacturers before committing to a fleet order. Over a single sourcing trip he visited multiple plants in the Shandong cluster, so the Liangshan stop at Shuyue was one stop on a structured supplier evaluation — not a casual look around.
Why the visit mattered
For a Central Asian buyer, a fence semi-trailer order is usually part of a larger fleet plan — dry freight, building materials or containerised cargo across long overland corridors. Getting the chassis, the fence body and the axle configuration right matters more than the paint colour, and Javohir used the day at Liangshan to check the parts of the build that are hardest to verify from a catalogue.
The walk-through covered the steel-beam storage bay where chassis frame members are held, the welding stations where the main beams are fabricated, and the assembly area where fences and body panels are fitted. Shop-floor material markings, weld quality on the main beams and the overall production discipline were reviewed in person rather than through a video call.
The specification review continued over a working dinner the same evening. Javohir left China without signing — the next step was a second plant visit before his departure, and the final order was confirmed remotely from Uzbekistan after he had compared all the quotes he collected on the trip.

- 04 Dec 2025 · Working dinner. The discussion continued over dinner in Liangshan — a relaxed setting to cover pricing, lead time and after-sales terms.
- Dec 2025 · Second visit before departure. Javohir returned to the plant once more before leaving China to re-check the points he wanted confirmed, then flew home.

What Javohir checked during the visit
- Main-beam steel & welding. Looked closely at the steel used for chassis frame members and the quality of welds on the main beams — the section that carries the load for the full service life of the trailer.
- Axle configuration. Discussed why a 3-axle layout fitted his expected cargo weights and route profile, and how it compares with 2-axle or 4-axle options for overland conditions in Central Asia.
- Fence & body build. Reviewed how the fence sides and body panels are fitted to the chassis, including paint protection on parts exposed to weather and loading wear.
- Supplier comparison. The trip included several plants in the Shandong cluster, so questions about material certificates and build consistency were raised with a clear reference point from the other visits.
- Delivery & documentation. Asked about production lead time and the export paperwork set needed for delivery to Uzbekistan, so the units could clear import formalities without delay.
- After-sales reach. Discussed how spare parts and technical support would work across the distance between Liangshan and his operating base in Uzbekistan.

Common questions about factory visits
- Do I need to place an order during the visit?
- No — like Javohir, many customers use the first visit to compare plants and shortlist suppliers, then confirm the order remotely once they are back home. We keep the same specifications and pricing available after you leave.
- Can I compare several plants on the same trip?
- Yes. Buyers from the region often combine visits across the Shandong cluster in one sourcing trip. Tell us your route and we will make sure the Liangshan stop gives you what you need to compare fairly.
- Do you handle delivery to Central Asia?
- Yes. Export documentation and logistics to Uzbekistan and neighbouring markets are coordinated by our export team, including the paperwork required for import clearance. See other delivery cases →
